The XTPI Yearly Meeting 2012 was held at Brew Pub, Vestergade 29-31
in Copenhagen, on Saturday October 27th.
We met at 18:00 for a tour at the brewery and a beer tasting.
After the tour we met in the restaurant for a 3-course dinner:

Lobster Bisque with Pumpkin (pumpkin
& lobster bisque adjusted with the brewery's Pale Ale. Served with
fried cubes of pumpkin and lobster butter)

Beer braised Pork Cheeks (House
specialty! We do admit that the name might
not be so inviting, but this is in fact how these real, tender and
extremely tasty pieces of pork meat are designated. The meat of the
pork cheeks are long-time braised in the Brewery's top-fermented
beer (ale), and seasonal herbs. The pork cheeks are served with a
puree of potato tossed with a braised core of Brussels sprouts.
Furthermore a compote of sautéed Brussels sprouts leaves, almonds
and salted lemon zest plus a rich sauce)

Porter Chocolate Cake with Sorbet (Chocolate
cake flavoured with BrewPubs porter syrup and topped with chocolate
mousse. Served with a fresh sorbet of carrot and sea buckthorn)
